Top U.S. Official says U.N. Human Rights Monitor, 9/11 Truther Must Go

21st Century Wire says… A call for the dismissal of an American scholar who no longer fits the narrative? An obvious choice. What’s less clear is just how controversial Prof. Falk’s comments are purported to be, in light of the fact U.S. policies of occupation and nation-building around the world have been a well-known source of animosity.

Jessica Rinaldi/ReutersA top U.S. official called on Wednesday for the United Nations to fire a human rights advocate who implied that the Boston Marathon bombings were payback for America’s “geopolitical fantasy of global domination” and its friendship with Israel.

“Outraged by Richard Falk’s highly offensive Boston comments. Someone who spews such vitriol has no place at the UN. Past time for him to go,” the U.S. ambassador to the U.N., Susan Rice, said on Twitter.

Rice was responding to an essay that Falk, who is U.N. special rapporteur for human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories, wrote in Foreign Policy Journal. In it, Falk warns against “darkly glamorizing” the Boston bombings “with flowers and homage” and seems to say the U.S. brought the attacks on itself.

“The American global domination project is bound to generate all kinds of resistance in the post-colonial world,” Falk said. “In some respects the United States has been fortunate not to experience worse blowbacks, and these may yet happen, especially if there is no disposition to rethink US relations to others in the world, starting with the Middle East.”

“We should be asking ourselves at this moment, ‘how many canaries will have to die before we awaken from our geopolitical fantasy of global domination?’” Falk wrote.

The U.N. official also condemned President Barack Obama’s March 21 speech in Jerusalem as “a love letter to the Israeli public rather than qualifying as a good faith effort to demonstrate his belief in a just peace.

“The war drums are beating at this moment in relation to both North Korea and Iran, and as long as Tel Aviv has the compliant ear of the American political establishment those who wish for peace and justice in the world should not rest easy,” he said.

Falk said he thought he detected “a few hopeful signs of awakening” in Americans asking whether policies like targeted assassination using drones might be turning other peoples against the United States.

More Revelations: Philip Marshall’s Coroner Speaks

Many questions remain over whether the police’s preliminary conclusions on the Philip Marshall case are in fact accurate

Greg Fernandez Jr
21st Century Wire

Phone interview with coroner Kevin Raggio by Chris Gordon (Investigative Researcher & We Are Change San Francisco member)

“The last facial expression is essential in determining the state of condition that the person was in when they died.”
– Chris Gordon

Investigative researcher Chris Gordon from We Are Change San Francisco spoke to the coroner of Philip Marshall and his two teenage children. Chris Gordon called Calaveras County Coroner Kevin Raggio this Tuesday to ask some questions about the conspiracy theories surrounding the alleged double-murder suicide.

“To allege is to declare without proof.” – John B. Wells (Coast To Coast AM)

The first question Chris asked the coroner was why neighbors didn’t hear any gun shots. There are five houses within close-vicinity of the Marshall home. A neighbor across the street said he heard two “suspicious” noises on Friday night, February 1st, 2013, one day before the bodies of Philip, Alex, and Macaila Marshall were found.

The Marshall house sits on a ridge-top facing the Stanislaus river canyon. Mr. Raggio pointed out there’s a long drive-way in front the house, which is about 30 or 40 feet off the road of Sandalwood Drive. In response to why neighbors didn’t hear any gun shots, Raggio told Chris, “You have to walk past the garage to get into the house. The house is all double-pane windows. So with the door closed, you’ve got a big garage there, number one, that’s gonna insulate the sound. You’ve got a big substantial front door on the house, all dual-pane windows…you’re not gonna hear much.”

Sgt. Chris Hewitt of the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office came to a similar conclusion, “The houses are not very close together and if they are well built and insulated with all the windows and doors closed, the shots would have been muffled.”

Wayne Madsen reported this sliding door was open.

The coroner told Chris that gun shots “would probably be more louder towards the front of the house. In front of the house, there’s nothing in front of them but a remote river canyon and probably nobody for twenty miles.” I wonder if the echo from the gun shots would carry across the canyon, at least towards the houses in the back of the above photo.

Raggio also mentioned the neighbor across the street from the Marshall home, who heard two suspicious noises on Friday night. “There was a neighbor that did hear something strange that night,” Raggio told Chris. “The neighbor across the street heard something that got his attention, but him being in his house and the shots going off inside [the Marshall home], you probably wouldn’t notice.”

The neighbor, Jeff Woods, heard something strange twice in the same night, but didn’t specify if the noises sounded like gun shots. According to Joel Metzger’s article, Woods was in a downstairs room with the television on “in the background when I heard an unusual noise. I stopped working and went upstairs, turned the lights on and looked around. I didn’t hear anything else, so I went back downstairs. Not too long after that, I heard another strange noise. I muted the television and listened for a second without hearing anything else.”

When Chris Gordon asked Mr. Raggio if he thought Wood’s comment had any credence, Raggio responded, “Yeah why wouldn’t it?” Exactly what type of strange noises did Mr. Woods hear?

In Your Face

“That last facial expression is gonna be marked on your face.” – Chris Gordon

Chris Gordon then steered the conversation towards the two teenagers. Both Alex and Macaila were found on a U-shaped couch (a couch that was most likely removed from the home on Super Bowl Sunday) apparently sleeping.

(Sean Janssen/Union Democrat, copyright 2013)

Chris asked why the gun shots did not wake up one of the children. “That, I don’t know. That, I don’t know at this point. That’s something I’d like to think that they didn’t hear…I don’t know if they did or didn’t…the first one probably didn’t hear anything, cause I suspect they were probably asleep. So maybe one of them did hear. I don’t know.”

“The last facial expression is essential in determining the state of condition that the person was in when they died.” – Chris Gordon

Raggio echoed what police have been saying, “As far as I know there was no silencer of any kind.”

Chris then wondered how one of the two would not wake up to the sound of a gun shot that was a few feet from their ears. “Do you find that suspicious at all?”

“No.”

Chris clarified his question, “You don’t find it suspicious that a gun shot wouldn’t wake up a child?”

“Well, not, I don’t in looking at the scene. I mean, yeah, it’s mysterious in my mind, but I don’t find it suspicious. As far as…it makes me wonder, you know. Like I said, it’s mysterious. It makes me wonder, you know, if one of them heard anything. But do I find it suspicious? I don’t find it suspicious. I don’t suspect that, from what I can see. It is what, what they, you know, what we determined it was. You know, murder suicide.”

Who is “They”? Or did the coroner simply misspeak before he corrected himself in saying “we” determined the cause of death. How many people does it take to determine the cause of death? From my understanding only the coroner determines this? Not they or we.

The next question was if there a suicide note found at the crime scene? The coroner responded, “Not to my knowledge no…my job is to determine the cause of death. I don’t deal with the criminal aspect of the whole thing.” The autopsy determined that all Philip Marshall, Alex Marshall, Macaila Marshall and the family dog died from a single gun shot wound to the head. Raggio confirms it’s his job to determine the cause of death. is it possible someone was helping him decide what happened here? At this point I don’t know.

Mr. Raggio believes this was a double-murder suicide. “It appears to be what it is.”

Chris then asked about the evidence for the murder-suicide since there was no suicide note. “Well the one thing I will tell you and then you’ll probably have to get the rest from the sheriff’s office but, when you shoot yourself, you’re standing up, there’s a considerable amount of blood splatter that goes every direction…the blood splatter, unless somebody was floating, they would of, in my mind, had to of tracked in the blood splatter.”

Marshall was standing up when he allegedly shot himself? “So from your determination, it seemed like Marshall was standing up when he shot himself?”

“Probably yeah.”

Kevin Raggio also doesn’t believe a foreign country, like Saudi Arabia, staged the deaths to appear as a double-murder suicide. “I’ve heard all these conspiracy theories and all this other stuff, in my mind if you’re a foreign country, for instance, and you’re coming after Philip Marshall…you’d send somebody in. I’m Italian so I’d send for the boys in Sicily and they’d come in and you know. You know what I mean? It’d be like Sopranos. The boy from Italy [would] come and he doesn’t give a damn if it looks like a murder-suicide or not. They’re gonna put bullets in your head and they’re gonna leave, and that’s gonna be it. But in this case, why would you go out of your way to stage it as a murder-suicide?”

According to a Santa Barbara View exclusive, Philip Marshall expressed concern for his life, but he wasn’t worried about a foreign country. He was more concerned about people inside the United States. “During the editing and pre-marketing process of Marshall’s book, he expressed some degree of paranoia because the nonfiction work accused the George W. Bush administration of being in cahoots with the Saudi intelligence community in training the hijackers who died in the planes used in the attacks.”

That’s the biggest question of all for me. If this was a plot to kill Philip Marshall, why did they have to take out his two innocent children and the family dog? Also, where is their cat? (The next article will deal with the missing cat.)

Chris Gordon thanked Mr. Raggio for his time, and for answering the questions to the best of his ability. “I’m not an expert,” Raggio told him. “I just happen to be the guy who has to be coroner here.” He said the Calaveras County Sheriff’s office “is doing a very thorough investigation…in light of these conspiracy theories, so forth, I know they’ve gone, taken some extra steps. And you’d have to ask them to elaborate on that. That’s about all I can tell you.”

Chris Gordon has assured me he is going to keep asking questions about the strange anomalies in this case. Chris is not satisfied with the official story given to the public. Neither am I. How about you? In the near future, we will try to find out more about these “extra steps” the authorities have taken.

Chris Gordon noticed that autopsy reports can be purchased for $10. He asked Raggio, “Is it possible that we could purchase an autopsy report for Philip Marshall?”

“I think you could probably, eventually yeah.”

“It’s not available as of yet?”

“Not yet. No.”

“Do you have an idea of when it would be?”

“At this point, No.”

Chris Gordon has worked at five different mortuaries. He’s seen a lot of dead bodies up-close. He says part of the answer to this case could be found on the facial expressions of the deceased. “It would be very easy to determine if one of the kids were woken up by the gun shot going off six feet away by their facial expression.”

After the interview with the coroner was over Chris told me, “It’s easy to tell if someone was sleeping when they died. Their eyes would be closed. That was probably how they were able to determine so quickly that the children were sleeping. If they appeared to be sleeping, they probably were found with their eyes closed.”

What if someone just changed the facial expressions after killing the four family members? “I’m a mortician,” Chris told me. “I make people’s shocked and traumatic faces look like they’re sleeping. It’s a process.”

But surely a professional or professionals could have manipulated their faces to make it appear as if they were sleeping right? “If it was done it would leave a trail. You’d be able to determine that.”

Since the police ruled out foul-play early on, I doubt they are investigating any leads that may point in that direction. Perhaps they won’t investigate the many questions we still have, but that won’t stop us from doing so. We will attempt to reach Sgt. Chris Hewitt with a list of unanswered questions.

It’s been over a month since the tragedy happened and we still have no clear motive for the allegations against Philip Marshall.

I’m getting a little impatient awaiting the toxicology report. Chris explained to me, “In cases like this, where there’s suspicious death, the coroner has to remove the vital organs, take samples, and then send them off to a lab to determine whether or not there were drugs in the system of the deceased.”

As we wait for the toxicology results, we still don’t know if the police can prove Philip Marshall fired a weapon in the final days of his life. A ballistic test would quickly determine if Philip Marshall fired his 9mm Glock pistol sometime between January 31 and February 2nd, when the bodies were found. I hope the Calaveras County Sheriff’s office will be able to prove their theory about the double-murder suicide. They alleged this was a double-murder suicide within hours of finding the four bodies.

The coroner believes Marshall was standing up when he shot himself. Marshall was found in a pool of blood lying face up. If Marshall shot himself then fell to the ground, he would have head wounds to help prove that. Wayne Madsen reported Marshall was right-handed, yet the police say he shot himself on the left-side of his head. It’s clear to me there’s more questions than answers in this case.

It’s our job to seek the answers. Our investigation continues…

Philip Marshall ‘Murder-Suicide’ – A Lack of Evidence

UPDATE: Philip Marshall’s Coroner Speaks

It’s possible that the biggest conspiracy theory here – is the one that the police have come up with.

Greg Fernandez Jr
21st Century Wire

“As a former operative in this group’s notorious covert missions, including Iran-Contra and the sting of Pablo Escobar, I recognized that this smoke rising over Manhattan might add a major piece to my large jigsaw puzzle of evidence.”
– Philip Marshall (The Big Bamboozle, page 9)

Philip Marshall’s first wife, Ann Kallauner, told the Union Democrat she did not believe Marshall was a “Contra pilot.” She believes her former husband provided a taxi service for Barry Seal; a man who worked in black-ops smuggling drugs and guns in and out of the country for the CIA and DEA. So how much did Kallauner really know about her ex-husband? In the same interview she admits that Marshall was not always honest about his travels with Barry Seal. “He’d be in one city, tell me he was in another,” she told the Union Democrat. Philip and Ann Marshall were married for about three years starting in 1985. Kallauner, who lives in Louisiana, was also surprised at the allegation, “I don’t see him doing that without being in an altered state.”

Philip Marshall began flying at age 15. The young pilot’s first flight instructor was his father. On 9/11, after the second plane struck the World Trade Center, Marshall’s father called him from New Orleans, the city where Philip was raised. From his Santa Barbara home in Northern California Marshall picked up the phone, “Phil, thank God you’re home.” Marshall’s father added, “There’s more planes missing.” In Richard Clarke’s gate-keeping book, Against All Enemies, Clarke wrote that on 9/11 there were more than a dozen planes missing that day.

As Marshall watched the events of September Eleventh unfold, he began to make connections between the terrorist attack and the fictional book he was about to publish called “Lakefront Airport.” In The Big Bamboozle Marshall writes, “I remembered, through a rush of shock and awe, my work over the previous ten years, the hundreds of hours at this desk, on layovers, studying the new inexorable power that had invaded America, the bull in the china shop that had already caused havoc in my career and the undercurrent of deep mistrust amongst our pilot association. The culmination of that research was nearly finished, and because there were so many holes in my understanding at that time [Lakefront Airport] was written as a novel based on my time flying for the spooks back in the 1980s.”

Even before 9/11 Marshall had “a sick feeling that America was in deep trouble, that a group, this new Bush Administration, just like the old Bush Administration, was an incredibly dangerous, brazen bunch of well-connected, well-educated ideologists. They were on a power trip similar to others in world history, but as far as I knew this was the first attempt by what our founders had labeled domestic enemies to overthrow the Constitution and place America under their own absolute power.”

Many news reports have been quick to echo what the Calaveras County Sheriffs Department has claimed; Philip Marshall killed his two teenage kids, his dog, and himself. What we know is that there is no motive for the allegation, and we know that this conclusion was made the same day that the three bodies were found. The family dog was found in a bedroom, the two kids were found “sleeping” on a couch in the front room, six feet away from each other, and Marshall was found face-up near the front door, in a pool of blood with his gun next to him.

The biggest conspiracy theory here is the one that the police have come up with. Have they tested Philip Marshall for gun residue (ballistics testing)? The police department have not released any information about this question and I haven’t seen it asked in the local news reports about Philip Marshall.

The Calaveras County coroner, Kevin Raggio, claims the two teenagers, Alex (17) and Macaila (14), appeared to be “sleeping.” Joel Metzger, of Calaveras Enterprise.com, points out “It’s highly unlikely Marshall could have shot one without waking the other.” Metzgerreports that Sgt. Chris Hewitt was asked about this. Hewitt responded by saying he could not comment on it, “It’s part of an active investigation.” I thought they had concluded their investigation when they determined Marshall was guilty of a double-murder suicide? Perhaps the investigation is still “on-going” because the police have no motive, no suicide note, and no indication that Marshall fit the profile of someone who murdered the two people closest to him, his own flesh and blood.

Some would say that Marshall did this because of the separation and future divorce to his second wife, Sean Marshall. That is a theory to which there is no evidence. Critics point to a December 2008 dispute Marshall had with Sean and her sister, Erin, over the custody battle of the kids. Marshall was accused by Sean and Erin of slapping Erin at the Forest Meadows home. Marshall was detained, not arrested, and eventually released.

A month earlier in November, Philip Marshall hid in the shower of his house with a video camera as Sean entered the home and allegedly stole a bottle of six 20-milligram pills of Kadian; a very strong opioid.

The police were called out and eventually arrested Sean Marshall, charging her with petty theft, trespassing and possession of drugs without prescription. The charges were dropped on September 28th, 2009. When asked by police why she took the pills, she told them she hid the pills in a tree and planned on giving them to her lawyer.

A divorce hearing was scheduled for this week, February 25th, 2013. Sean Marshall filed for divorce in October 2012. Though the police have no motive, and it’s possible they never will, there are theories that one of the reasons why Philip would kill his kids is over the divorce. Again, this makes little sense considering the age of the children. If Philip Marshall was as close with his kids as friends and neighbors claim, then he didn’t have to worry about losing his teenage children in the custody battle. Alex was 17, almost an adult, who could make his own decision as to where he wanted to live and why. Though Macaila was 14, I believe the judge would have asked her where she wanted to reside, with the mother or father.

Since the two teens went to a high school near the Marshall residence and were active in both social and sporting activities, there’s little doubt the teens would want to finish high school at Bret Harte Union High. Philip Marshall was heavily involved in their school activities as well. So for me, the “If I can’t have the kids, nobody can” theory is very weak.

Bob Freels, security guard for the gated-community of Forest Meadows told the Union Democrat, “I would never have guessed anything like this.” He describes them as a normal family.

Bret Harte Union High School’s Assistant Principle Kelly Osborn is quoted as saying, “It just doesn’t make sense.” A neighbor named Mike Brown described Mr. Marshall as a dedicated father and Merita Calloway of the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors said Marshall was very involved with his kids.

Joel Metzger, of Calaveras Enterprises.com, reports that Calloway also said, “the actions don’t match the person we know” and “he loved his children.” Nextdoor neighbor Carolyn Greenwood said, “I knew him long enough to know he was a regular guy. He was a good father, always there for his kids and a helpful neighbor.” More to the point of foul-play, Merita Calloway, who also lives in the gated-community, told a sheriff’s captain that she “truly felt like somebody came in the house.” While visiting Murphys soon after the incident, Wayne Madsen learned that a side-door was open when the bodies were found.

As seen above, the same day the bodies were found the police released a statement claiming “the reason for this murder-suicide is unknown at this time.”

So where is the motive provided by the Calaveras County Sheriff’s office? They have none. The people who lived near Philip Marshall and communicated with him have a hard time believing Marshall would kill his two children. There is no suicide note and no motive. Also, no one heard any gun shots between Thursday, January 31st and Saturday February 2nd, 2013.

On February 3rd Sgt. Chris Hewitt made it clear the police investigating the crime do not believe there was foul-play. “All evidence and information at the scene confirmed this was indeed a double-murder suicide and there was no evidence to suggest there was an outside party who entered the house and committed a triple murder.” I hope part of their evidence is gun residue found on Philip Marshall. Of course, the police can’t even determine the time of death. They can only theorize on that too. It happened some time between Thursday and Saturday. The autopsy results by Calaveras County coroner Kevin Raggio confirmed what we already knew – that all four died from a single gun shot wound to the head. The toxicology report, which may not be released for a few more weeks, will hopefully shed some light on what really happened to Marshall and his family. Until then, I don’t see how anyone can conclude this was a double-murder suicide.

I believe Marshall, his two kids, and the family dog (a small shitzu) were murdered one or two days before the Superbowl; which happened to take place in Marshall’s hometown of New Orleans. There is just as much evidence, if not more, to suggest foul-play as there is to suggest a double-murder suicide. Yes, Marshall had a Glock 9mm registered in his name, but where is the ballistic evidence to prove Marshall fired the weapon? Even then, how could the police rule out foul-play the same day the bodies were found. More so, if the investigation was on-going on Superbowl Sunday, why was a clean-up crew removing evidence from a crime scene?

On February 19th, Wayne Madsen told Alex Jones of Infowars.com, “Police said even before they had finished investigating the case, they permitted professional cleaners to come into the Marshall home to clean the premises. After that, there were two sets of vehicles seen at the Marshall home still conducting the investigation after the home was professionally cleaned.”

Madsen, of The Wayne Madsen Report, was in the town of Murphys right around the same time I was. On February 13th, Sean Marshall and her sister were at Bret Harte Union High School near Murphys for some type of ceremony for the two slain teens. The sister, Erin, gave some type of eulogy and Sean gave the closing statement. It’s not clear if either two women think Philip Marshall is guilty or innocent of this crime. Sean was quoted as saying, by Joel Metzger, “Being in Turkey and getting the news, it was almost unbearable. When I heard of this devastation, there are no words ever to explain the emotions, the hurt, the regrets. I couldn’t hear God at that moment. I couldn’t hear his answers why, why would you do this? Why them? Why me? Hug everyone, love everyone, be kind.”

Why blame God? Why not blame the ones who murdered Philip Marshall and his two kids? Shall we just trust in what the police say? Should we believe, without evidence, that Philip Marshall murdered his two children, his dog, and then shot himself on the left side of the head?

Wayne Madsen was in Murphys the same day as the ceremony. That night, on February 13th, Madsen told Infowars Nightly News host Jakari Jackson, “that evening, someone tried to break in through a sliding door at the back of the residence. It’s quite clear that Marshall has something that somebody wanted so bad, they were willing to kill him and his children and his family dog for.”

Who is Barry Seal?

Conspiracy theories continue due to the unanswered questions, not because of Marshall’s past. Examining Marshall’s past brings us to Barry Seal. Barry Seal’s wife once said that her husband flew the getaway plane out of Dallas after John F. Kennedy was killed. It’s believed that Seal began flying for black-op missions in the 50′s and hired Marshall in the 80′s after Seal lost his pilot’s license. Marshall told Coast to Coast that many of the contract pilots did not know what their planes were carrying. Both Seal and Marshall were involved in smuggling arms and drugs into South America. Barry Seal had ties to David Ferrie, who was also a pilot at one time. 1967, David Ferrie was questioned by District Attorney Jim Garrison about his involvement in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Ferrie lied to Garrison about his whereabouts of November 22, 1963. Soon after Ferrie met with Garrison, Ferrie allegedly committed suicide. On February 19, 1986, Barry Seal was shot multiple times while attempting to exit his car. Seal was going to testify that George H. W. Bush was involved in the smuggling operations. Barry Seal may have been involved in what is know as Operation 40; the alleged hit team that was ordered to kill JFK on November 22, 1963.

Philip Marshall’s fictional Lakefront Airport is about Barry Seal and his CIA-connected smuggling operations involving contract pilots.

According to page 152 of Philip Marshall’s last published book, The Big Bamboozle, “Barry had some wild encounters with with the world’s most dangerous people that included cocaine kingpins and Intelligence Community assassins.” In Marshall’s only “fictional” book, Lakefront Airport, he told the tales of Barry Seal’s “dealings and eventual sting on the notorious Pablo Escobar” as well as Mr. Seal’s “early days of smuggling marijuana and explosives and his dealings with Ollie North and George H. W. Bush’s secret operations south of the border.”

On page 153,Philip Marshall refers to Barry Seal as his former boss. “The third man from the left is my former boss Barry Seal.” This picture was taken in Mexico city on January 22, 1963, at the La Reforma nightclub. Of the picture Marshall writes, “Here may very well be the founding members of the Intelligence Community’s Special Activities Division. This photo was taken ten months before President John F. Kennedy was gunned down in Dallas. Some independent investigators believe that this was the assassination team, nicknamed Operation 40, that pulled it off.”

My Trip To Murphys

My friend Patrick Henningsen of 21st Century Wire.com said Murphys is “probably the most picturesque town in North California.” Well said…

Wayne Madsen confirmed everything I learned on my trip to Murphys, and so much more. If not for Wayne’s excellent work, I might have reserved some judgment for a later date. It’s clear to me that many people in the town of Murphys do not believe the official story about Philip Marshall. I hope this revelation will help them consider that 9/11 was an inside job, as Marshall believed. He made direct ties between the hijackers, the flight training they received inside the United States, and the Saudi Arabian Government. It’s believed the Saudis and others financed the terrorist operation that killed over 3,000 people, spawned two unconstitutional wars, created the Patriot Act and made room for N.D.A.A. legislation where the president could detain anyone suspected of working with terrorists whether they are citizens of the United States or not. Due process died on 9/11. Even worse, many believe due process died a long time ago.

On February 19th, Alex Jones told the Infowars.com audience, “I talked to Colonel Marshall [of] the Defense Language School. He said, “All I know is Mohamed Atta trained in my class.””

“The official version about some ghost (Osama bin Laden) in some cave on the other side of the world defeating our entire military establishment on U.S. soil is absolutely preposterous… The true reason the attack was successful is because of an inside military stand-down and a coordinated training operation that prepared the hijackers to fly heavy commercial airliners. We have dozens of FBI documents to prove that this flight training was conducted in California, Florida and Arizona in the 18 months leading up to the attack.” – Philip Marshall (2012)

When Philip Marshall saw the second plane hit the World Trade Center it would set him on a course to discover the truth about 9/11. He came to realize that the Osama bin Laden “killing” on May, 2, 2011 was a farce. I have covered this in my own book, False Flags. Actually it appears Marshall began seriously researching 9/11 around the same time as I did.

Philip Marshall was not killed because he wrote a book on 9/11. Many people have done that. Can we prove he was killed as part of a black-op? Not at this time. Yet we know Marshall had dealings with black-ops and that he knew a lot of key players in the Iran-Contra scandal and the sting of Pablo Escobar. As a pilot Marshall understood that the official story about a plane hitting the Pentagon was not true. To this day, the government has not provided any proof of their own conspiracy theory of what happened at the Pentagon on 9/11.

One of the questions I have is how Marshall’s children felt about their father’s books. Apparently, on Macaila’s Facebook page there’s a link to her father’s book on 9/11.

Finally, we have the tie-in to more gun control. This time, the high school where Alex and Macaila Marshall attended has created a bereavement fund that includes a scholarship for future students. One of the considerations for the scholarship is the student’s view on “gun control regulations in the community.”

“A bereavement fund for the siblings has been set up at the U.S. Bank branch in Angels Camp. Donations can be made out to Alex and Macaila and mailed to the bank at 580 S. Main St., Angels Camp, CA 95222. The donations will go toward the memorials and a student annual scholarship for Bret Harte High School. The funding will consider students who are involved with the promotion of mental health awareness and gun control regulations in the community, according to organizers.”

Students were told instead of paying admission for that Friday’s school dance, they could donate to the bereavement fund. While I am happy there is a bereavement fund to honor the two teens, I am disgusted that the “organizers” would use such a tragic event to promote more gun regulations.

With all the surrounding questions, what is the big picture here? What is the Big Bamboozle?

“The big picture was emerging as an empire, with a confederacy of domestic enemies attempting a coup, a revolution, against the United States.”
– Philip Marshall (The Big Bamboozle, page 9)

Zero Dark Thirty wins ‘Albert Speer Oscar’ for Best Propaganda Film

‘Hollywood history’ is all the rage these days, but it comes at a huge cost

Patrick Henningsen

21st Century Wire

One of the most pervasive trends in 21st century western culture has become somewhat of an obsession in America. It’s called “Hollywood history”, where the corporate studio machines in Los Angeles spend hundreds of millions of dollars in order to craft and precisely tailor historical events to suit the prevailing political paradigm.

‘Hollywood history’ is very much in fashion these days. From Linclon to Dubya, and from Blackhawk Down to The Iron Lady, they constitute a significant portion of today’s major releases. There’s only one problem however, with tailoring a story to fit neatly into a prevailing political paradigm… and over the last 100 years, the Germans and the Soviets did this too – with devastating effect, but back then we just called it propaganda.

No film embodies the Hollywood historical treatment more than the much celebrated cinema release of Zero Dark Thirty, directed by Kathryn Bigelow, and one of the favourites to grab an armful of Academy Awards this weekend in LA including Best Picture, Bigelow for best director, Mark Boal for best screenplay, and Jessica Chastain for Best Actress.

The film’s main premise is constructed around a female CIA officer, played by Chastain, and her dogged determination to find the highly elusive mastermind of 9/11 and the al Qaeda’s MVP, Osama bin Laden. Chastain’s performance, critics claim, has also ‘empowered women’ by showing how her film character caught bin Laden, but it didn’t actually happen that way.  We’ll get to that later…

Where this film starts to take heat is with its sensational on screen CIA torture scenes. Unlike previously less celebrated but more integral, intellectual cinematic efforts at taking on torture – like Rendition and Lions for Lambs, Bigelow seemed incredibly bent on going the distance to glorify (through her attempt at Cinéma vérité) the troubling practice of torture by the CIA – as a means to glean intelligence about the whereabouts of various Islamic terrorists scattered throughout the
world’s third world cesspits.

Actor Jessica Chastain unaware that that ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ was a work of total fiction.

Bigelow and her writing team’s artistic license on the effectiveness of torture even prompted one screen legend, actor Susan Sarandon, to brand the film as a piece of manipulative political entertainment. The veteran human rights defender issued a written statement saying that when watching Zero Dark Thirty, “you should know that the movie has generated controversy because it leaves a mistaken impression: that the CIA’s torture of prisoners ‘worked’ by providing information that led to bin Laden.”

In fact, the US Senate Intelligence Committee spent four years investigating the CIA’s torture program, and according to Senators Diane Feinstein and John McCain, the CIA’s vaunted torture program under Obama did not lead to bin Laden (that’s the only true statement you will ever hear surrounding the government’s Osama bin Laden tale).

Zero Dark’s glorification of torture is merely the first level of moral descent however, because you see, there’s still the thorny issue of Osama bin Laden to deal with…

One thing was clear when watching this film, and also by the reactions of theatre goers at my screening in Brixton, South London, that Zero Dark marks a new low point in America’s now fashionable politicised culture, and Bigelow must be aware of this because she seemed to play this card shamelessly in her highly politicised film.

Never before in the history of cinema has there been such a break-neck rush to complete and release a motion picture so soon after the said event, to serialise the legendary “Hunt for Bin Laden”, and “the greatest manhunt in history” by a gallant Seal Team 6, ending in the siege of the terror kingpin’s alleged place of abode – a compound located in Abbotabad, Pakistan.

Apparently, Bigelow’s production was already in motion in May 2011 in advance of the White House’s announcement that Seal Team 6 had killed Bin Laden, and Bigelow it seems, was either persuaded or herself decided (it’s not clear which one it was), to rewrite the film’s script in order to theatrically chronicle what President Obama had put forward as his greatest achievement since taking office. This was the birth of Zero Dark Thirty. Others are investigating whether the movie’s filmmakers received quiet government funding to promote torture, since they did obtain classified information, according to many reports. Unfortunately for Bigelow, and as some of us learned with Iraq, so-called ‘classified’ information is only as credible as its source (US intelligence unfortunately has a spotty record of late).

Was bin Laden really killed by Seal Team 6 that day? Examine the evidence, if you can find any.

Hitler’s Reich relied on talent filmmakers like Leni Riefenstahl, to write the government’s version of Nazi history.

If Pentagon propaganda, or bolstering President Obama’s political trophy were the motives, then one could compare this film’s creators to  similarly well-paid cinematic forebears like Albert Speer, or Leni Riefenstahl.

Female cinematic icon Riefenstahl’s involvement in crafting Nazi government propaganda was eventually her undoing.  After the Reich fell in 1945, she still maintained that her films were ‘works of art’ and claimed that they had nothing to do with Nazi politics and propaganda. With all the lies and propaganda swirling around Washington’s own criminal class, it will be interesting to see how filmmakers like Bigelow will defend their own ‘art’ in years to come.

But it’s hardly the first time Hollywood has been accused of gross misuse of its creative license. It’s become the norm, rather than the exception.

Other Hollywood attempts to hold the government’s line on history include the box office debacle, Flight 93, which derived its plot, characters and production design solely from the federal government’s own Official 9/11 Report, and added the usual Hollywood embellishments. Evidence fleshed out since points to the obvious scenario that Flight 93 was actually shot down by a US jet fighter, with left the plane’s debris spread over 20 miles in and around Shanksville, PA on Sept. 11, 2001. No matter, Hollywood kept to the government’s original outdated script of “let’s roll!”.

The sheer volume of mistruths which have been fed downwards by the US government and its corporate media apologists over the last decade is staggering, and has had quite of profound, polarising effect on media consumers North America and Western Europe. The avalanche of state-sponsored and corporation-sponsored propaganda over the last decade in particular, appears to have successfully divided society into two groups: those who believe official propaganda and government released narratives of major events – and those who question it.

It’s safe to say that the sort of people who would never admit in public to questioning the government’s official explanations about what happened on 9/11 – are generally the same section of the population who would accept a film like Zero Dark Thirty as recorded history. These might also be the same type of people who believed in advance of America’s bombing and invasion of Iraq – Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. The bin Laden mythology is powerful, however, and millions of people will walk away from this film feeling as if they’ve learned something about what its like working in gritty side the CIA.

Under normal circumstances, I would not pay for a ticket to see a historical production which I believe was based on a fictional narrative. I made an exception in this case because it was the only way I could review the film in time to write this piece. But the most profound realisation I got whilst watching the movie was a very sad one. I felt sorry for the director, the cast and all the production crew who put in their hard work and sweat, and probably believed that bin Laden was indeed in the Abbotabad compound in May 2011, and that they were reenacting a rare and proud piece of American history.

In order to believe this, they would also would have to have believed the somehow, that same bin Laden also masterminded a multi-pronged assault that managed to bypass the whole of the US Defense apparatus – all from his legendary cave in Tora Bora.

It’s no surprise how much both the Bush and Obama governments and the corporate military industrial complex has benefited from maintaining the mythology of a living Osama bin Laden since 2001. Unfortunately, the mythology does not measure up to reality, with multiple admissions in public by heads of state by Pervez Musharraf, and Benazir Bhutto, as well as by Madeline Albright and others, and even mainstream media reports going all the way back to 2001, stating that Osama bin Laden was dying, or had in fact died in late 2001.

Knowing all this, when I heard the news of Obama and the Navy Seal Team 6 raid on bin Laden, I knew immediately that not only was this  almost certainly a fiction, but that there would be no photographs and videos released, because a dead man cannot come back to life after 10 years for a photo session.

As predicted, a few days later the White House confirmed my suspicions, announcing that indeed, ‘no photos or video will be released’…

On top of this, we were also told that the US Navy had dumped bin Laden’s body at sea 48 hours after allegedly killing him. Fancy that? But even that pillar of the official fell apart later when it was revealed that no US sailors aboard the USS Carl Vinson ever saw the alleged burial at sea, and that no images exist in any government records of bin Laden aboard the decorated US sea vessel. Hard to believe, but only if you believe the government’s official fiction on the fate of Osama bin Laden.

Also, unknown to Kathryn Bigelow and her crew at the time of production, there was no DNA identification of bin Laden by the Pentagon either, and no autopsy was done. It’s as if he was merely a ghost. Does that mean that White House announcements to the contrary back in May 2011 were lies? Yes, it does.

So let’s get that straight. There no evidence to prove that bin Laden was even there at Abbotabad in May 2011 (or alive for that matter), and Zero Dark Thirty is based on the idea that he was there because the CIA said he was. We can imagine Albert and Leni getting excited right about now.

These facts certainly give my own statements on the incident even more credibility, but that’s nothing to cheer about. We were lied to, again.

Zero Dark is also flanked this year by another historical effort which has relied heavy on Hollywood brand of artistic license is Ben Affleck’s Iranian hostage drama, Argo, which most analysts agree was heavily padded with imaginative characters, written-in backstories and invented obstacles, all woven together to create an ‘interesting’ and entertaining piece of film much the same way Charlie Wilson’s War was a jovial depiction of the CIA’s gun-running in the Soviet-Afghan War, painted by Hollywood as a story of American heroism for the ages. There are literally dozens of other examples of invented Hollywood history, these are only a few.

Rarely is ever – has Hollywood ever actually challenged the political paradigm or the power of the Pentagon in one of its ‘historical productions’. Argo and Charlie Wilson’s ‘semi-fiction’ might seem like harmless Hollywood history to many movie goers, but altering history for entertainment purposes is not just deceptive, besides the fact that it’s not true yet its being passed off as history, it also borders on mass brain washing, further distorting generational truths about what our nations’ governments actually get up to on tax payers’ time.

Rather than betting the farm on a quirky piece of historical trivia, will film goers ever see the day that a director like Affleck might try to tackle the Iran Contra Scandal and the CIA running guns to Nicaragua and Cocaine into Louisiana and Arkansas airports? Or reveal how the same CIA, with the help of the FBI, being responsible for introducing crack cocaine to the streets of Los Angeles during the 1980′s, or even about the CIA shipping heroin out of Afghanistan after 2001? Likewise, ignoring the true historical context that it was the very same CIA, with the help of Saudi oil money, who created and trained the present day al Qaeda by employing the likes of Osama bin Laden to handle the terror group’s finances over the decades.

Sadly, spending $150 million on a film production that could reveal actual history, and out govt corruption – is probably asking too much from Hollywood’s bold and beautiful. No, no, stick to quirky revisions of history, non-events, or outright inventions, and then bask in all the pomp of Oscar night.

Perhaps, upon doing a little research, Kathryn Bigelow might consider doing a sequel to Zero Dark Thirty – and tell us what happened to that famous “Navy Seal Team 6″ after the bin Laden raid. That would make a good story, and one many people would like to know more about.

In the end, Zero Dark can only be summed up as one big, expensive lie in celluloid, in the Riefenstahl and Speer tradition. Regardless of how many awards it wins this winter – that’s how history will eventually label Kathryn Bigelow’s latest piece of moving art.

The good news is the truth has no expiration date, and political propaganda eventually collapses under the weight of its own inflated sense of purpose.

All we are seeing here, is simply… Hollywood drifting further towards Washington DC.

9/11 and Philip Marshall Murder-Suicide Questions: My Trip To Murphys

RELATED
:
9/11 Author Philip Marshall Found Dead in Alleged ‘Murder Suicide’

21st Century Wire
says… No one can report they heard shots or screams from the Marshall house, nestled in the quiet small picturesque town of Murphys, CA. So what really happened? Let’s see…

By Greg Fernandez Jr

Philip Marshall understood that 9/11 was a false flag event. He wrote two non-fiction books about 9/11 and the lies surrounding it, but he also wrote a fictional book entitled, ‘Lakefront Airport’, which I am told, is virtually impossible to find.

According to the Facebook page False Flag 911, in the book Lakefront Airport, “Marshall writes a contemporary historical fiction based on actual events including his early flying experience at Lakefront Airport, his relationship with the CIA, Barry Seal, Pablo Escobar and the notorious Medellin Cocaine Cartel.”

In his early life Marshall was a contract pilot at Lakefront Airport in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was raised in New Orleans; the same city where on March 1, 1967, District Attorney Jim Garrison arrested Clay Shaw for conspiring to kill John F. Kennedy. As a pilot, Marshall was involved in many government operations. Then one day he decides to kill his two children, his dog, and then himself?

In the words of Han Solo,”I’ve got a bad feeling about this.” Another independent researcher looking into the false flag of 9/11 is dead. I actually got a chance to visit the small town where this alleged suicide-murder happened. After visiting, I believe there are many in the town that do not believe that Philip Marshall killed his two teenage children, his dog, and then himself. I hope authorities will not rule out the possibility that Philip Marshall and his two children were murdered by someone or a group of people, especially since the Calaveras Sheriff’s department has no motive for the alleged suicide-murder.

I really enjoyed my trip at Murphys, which was supposed to have nothing to do with researching Philip Marshall. Everyone greeted us friendly with polite nods and and a friendly “hello”.

Murphys is a small town full of local business owners, retired military personnel, wine connoisseurs, bikers, and of course, Free Masons and members of the Order of the Eastern Star. Surely in a small town like this, news travels fast. I knocked on the front door of the Masonic Hall, hoping to get a comment about this tragedy.

I guess no one was home. There were three cars parked in the parking lot though. some type of church or temple was attached to the two-floor building where regular meetings are held. I assume the people inside the hall know as much about the Philip Marshall case as I do, but assumptions are not facts. They’re just unanswered questions.

Later on I took a walk down Main Street and got a chance to talk to a local from the town. I was told that people in the town were still in shock and trying to cope with what happened, but many had suspicions that Philip Marshal and his children were murdered.

“How did you know about Philip Marshall?” I was asked.

“Oh, I write books similar to him,” I responded.

“Be careful,” someone from the town warned me.

“Do you think he did it?” I asked. There was a slight pause. While recognizing the many questions surrounding the case, this person found it easier to cope with the ordeal by thinking Marshall wouldn’t do such a thing. This person also understood that there was something wrong with the official story of 9/11. This person understood the risks Marshall was taking in challenging the official story. After I told this person that Marshall had basically expressed some concern for his safety, and we discussed a little about the World Trade Center, I got the general feeling that this person had the same doubts as me and many others.

There were questions as to why no neighbors reported hearing any gun shots or any suspicious activities. It’s possible no one communicated with Phillip Marshall or his two children for two days before some of the teens friends saw Mr. Marshall lying in a pool of blood inside his house.

I searched the town for any signs or information about Philip Marshall. But why would they have a memorial or any remembrance of someone they were told killed his own children and dog? I couldn’t find The Big Bamboozle or False Flag 9/11 in the local bookstore. “More copies are on the way,” I was assured. I realized I wasn’t the only one asking for his books.

Four years ago, Philip Marshall (under username: Flyer82) posted on the TruthMove.org forum about his first non-fiction book, False Flag 9/11. Marshall wrote, “1. My agenda as an airline pilot is to find the culprits in the attack against my fellow aviators. 2. To reopen hearings with witnesses under oath and to uncover the buried FBI files and the blacked out portions about the Saudis in the congressional report.”

The Official Story

Philip Marshall allegedly shot his two teenage children Alex Marshall (17) and Macaila Marshall (14), his dog, and then himself inside his home in Murphys, California, while his “estranged” wife was out of the country.

The last time some friends heard from Alex or Macaila Marshall was on Thursday, January 31, 2012. On Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 3:10 pm, concerned friends of the two teenagers called the Calaveras Sheriff’s office after knocking on the front door of the Marshall home. Through the front door window, they saw Philip Marshall lying on the floor in a pool of blood. Deputies went to the residency on a suspicious circumstance/welfare check. The two teenagers were allegedly found on the couch next to each other. They also found the dog “deceased in a bedroom,” according to the media release from the sheriff’s office.

It seems clear to me that Philip Marshall was associated with many “black operations” in the 1980′s, as a Learjet captain involving the Central Intelligence Agency. Watch this rare interview with Philip Marshall:

The administrator for TruthMover.org adds a reader’s review that helps us understand a little more about Philip Marshall:

“Marshall is not just a veteran pilot — he’s also a pilot who started out, in his 20s, flying covert missions for Vice President Bush/Oliver North’s Iran-Contra scheme. Thus he became all too well acquainted with “black operations” — the shadow world of secret quasi-official activities. In fact, as he writes in the book, he’s the only pilot from that operation who wasn’t killed shortly thereafter — perhaps because his work was subcontracted and just under the principals’ radar.”

A former guest on Coast to Coast with George Noory, Marshall’s bio for that site states “Marshall has researched 30 years of covert government activities, a revolving door of Wall Street tricksters, media moguls and their well funded politicians into every branch of our government. Post 9/11, Marshall has led a comprehensive, ten year study into the tactical plan used by the 9/11 hijackers and is the leading aviation expert on the September 11th attack.” The same bio also describes Marshall as a “ former government “special activities” contract pilot.”

The Santa Barbara Review’s article stated, “The veteran pilot confided that he was concerned about his 10-year, independent 9/11 study and most recent book since they pointed to the Saudis and the Bush intelligence community as the executioners of the attack that defeated all U.S. military defenses on Sept. 11, 2001. Marshall said he knew his book might cause some people to take issue with him.” The coroner told them, “It did appear as though they were sleeping.” A toxicology report will show if Marshall or his two children were drugged.

The story of Philip Marshall continues after his death. It should be easy to prove whether or not Marshall fired a gun that day. If he didn’t, then perhaps he did not do what he is accused of doing. If someone, or a group of people, “suicided” Philip Marshall and murdered his two children and dog, then I would call that a professional black-op. While I will have my doubts about the suicide and murders, I cannot prove that Marshall was “suicided.” (For more on suicided, watch the video at the bottom) Nor can I conclusively say that he is guilty, based on the little evidence we have been given.

TYRANNY VIA CELEBRITY: Bush, Celebrity ‘Hacking Victims’ Used to Enable State Control of Internet

21st Century Wire says… This is how public opinion can be softened to accept Central Government control and access to ISP’s and increased censorship laws – via celebrity. It’s shocking to witness how quickly and eager the establishment media are to seize onto celebrity and high-profile ‘hacking’ stories under the banner of ‘privacy concerns’ - and how predictably, pundits and politicians fuse these events with renewed calls for more restrictions on internet freedom – to “protect celebrities and high-profile individuals” like Hugh Grant, who provided a celebrity brand for the Hacked-Off/Levison Inquiry for state press censorship in the UK. The US are currently lining up a similar celebrity panel of hacking victims.

Celebrities like Grant are used by Government to sell unpopular state repression.

It’s still not clear how the constant focus on highly paid celebrities benefits the public’s own fragile ‘privacy concerns’. Now, let’s take a sober look at this phenomenon…

Top among the items leaked online this week, was the discovery of George W. Bush’s hidden talents – a collection of rather camp, David Hockney-like self portraits of himself in the shower (see below) and bath tub. The leak should be a boon and not a victim story for Bush the Younger. Art mogul Charles Saachi could probably make himself and Dubya millions brokering this new Bush/Hockney collection. But we digress…

This latest ‘Bush hack’ in America has been predictably attached with Britain’s notorious phone hacking scandal, even though the two events have no relation whatsoever. None. Not even in a theoretic sense. But watch carefully, how all mainstream media outlets subtly streamline these seemingly unrelated events in order to later declare ‘a crisis’ and aid the state in ramming through emergency legislation which normally erodes rights and liberty. Watch how they do it, recognise the craft, and you will have cracked a very subtle code which runs between central government and the corporate media.

What should be pointed out here (but wasn’t, of course) by the Washington Post, is that the alleged hacking victim, George W. Bush, himself the enabler of Patriot Acts I and II – the very legislation which gave the US government carte blanc to hack into any American’s email, hack their phone and track them via GPRS – without any warrant, with all data collected kept in a secret file somewhere unknown. Many secret mass surveillance programs were since launched, like Operation Stellar Wind. The same could be argued should Tony Blair’s emails be hacked only to discover a cache similarly camp, sexually compromising photos or love letters, as they happened to turn up in the public domain, theoretically. Like Bush’s police state legislation, it was Blair’s emergency repressive legislation in Great Britain which ultimately gave the UK government agencies Patriot Act powers with total impunity.

So these political leaders are the one’s responsible for state repression of people’s liberties, and we are meant to think that their being hacked should lead to even more repression. Funny that.

Would the media and government call for internet clampdowns if the hacks exposed Bush and Blair’s involvement in lying, crimes or fraud regarding the Iraq War, 9/11, or the murder of David Kelly?

The day the Washington Post, BBC, CNN, MSNBC, FOX, or any other major media outlet, can point out these obvious ironies in their high-budget reporting, is the day that we may actually be able to reclaim our basic liberties.

Where is this all heading? Through its new laws and restrictions, the American and European governments desire a total monopoly on hacking and spying – and of course, this means eventually, a complete monopoly on all media and communications.

‘Bush, Celebrity Hacks Raise Profile of Privacy Concerns’

Hayley Tsukayama
Washington Post

Photos and correspondence from half a dozen e-mail accounts linked to the Bush family, including information about former U.S. presidents George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush, brings discussion of personal online privacy issues into sharp focus.

Members of the Bush family and their close acquaintances found late Thursday that a hacker — self-styled “Guccifer” — bragged about compromising half a dozen Bush family and acquaintances accounts and posted the information online. In an interview with the Smoking Gun, which published the photos and conversation experts, the hacker said that at least some of the photos came from an AOL account belonging to George H.W. Bush’s daughter, Dorothy Bush Koch. A family spokesman confirmed the attack to The Washington Post on Friday.

AOL did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the breach.

Self-portrait of Bush Jr in shower.

The highly personal information in the files, including details about the elder Bush’s hospitalization and painted self-portraits of George W. Bush in the shower — may make many reexamine the kind of information they’re putting online and storing in their e-mail accounts.

And e-mail is not the only avenue for technological privacy invasions. News of the Bush family breach comes as British courts announced that 144 people — including celebrities such as Hugh Grant and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, — would receive damages as a result of the phone-hacking scandal that ultimately ended the run of the British tabloid, News of the World. As the Guardian reported, 17 individuals demanded public apologies from the defunct newspaper’s publisher, News International.

Most people won’t be targets of cyber crime in the same way that high-profile celebrities are, but everyone’s lingering digital footprints provide rich caches of personal information to those who want it.

Cyber criminals are happiest when information is easy to get, so while consumers may not have much agency when it comes to protecting themselves against company-wide attacks, they can make it more difficult for hackers looking to smash and grab attacks on personal accounts.

Using password protection on phones and voicemail is a good first step, as is taking the admittedly painful step of not reusing your e-mail password for other accounts. That reduces the risk that your e-mail will be hacked if you are hit with an attack on an unrelated site. It’s also a good practice for users to take their most sensitive information out of the cloud and store them locally — or on a protected thumb drive if they need the portability. There could be traces of data you delete from e-mail servers that can be accessed by hackers, but there’s certainly no need to make it easy for them.

Another ‘murder/suicide’?

Before Its News

“Philip Marshall wrote about conspiracy. Was he a victim of one? ’9/11 Truther’ Philip Marshall and his entire family were recently found dead of gunshot wounds in what authorities are calling a murder suicide. Marshall was a former airline pilot and a ’9/11 Conspiracy Theorist’ and book writer who believed that the Bush administration, with cooperation from Saudi intelligence, had committed the ‘false flag’ terrorist attacks on September 11th, 2001. Marshall was also a former CIA and DEA pilot during the Iran/Contra Scandal. Marshall lived in fear for his life while writing his 9/11 Truther book implicating the United States government and George W. Bush in the ‘false flag’ attacks. Has the US government begun an all out assault on whistle blowers and so-called truthers?” (…) Read more

The story below is from The Mail Online and The Santa Barbara View…

A pilot who wrote a conspiracy theory book about 9/11 is dead after he shot his two teenage children and family dog before turning the gun on himself. Micalia Phillips, 14, and her 17-year-old brother Alex, were also found dead at the home inside the gated Forrest Meadows community.

The former airline pilot’s controversial conspiracy book The Big Bamboozle: 9/11 and the War on Terror was released last year.  While he was writing it, Marshall believed that his life was in danger because of the allegations involved.

According to Santa Barbara View, during the editing and pre-marketing process of Marshall’s book, he expressed some degree of paranoia because the nonfiction work accused the George W. Bush administration of being in cahoots with the Saudi intelligence community in training the hijackers who died in the planes used in the attacks.

“Think about this,” Marshall said last year in a written statement, “The official version about some ghost (Osama bin Laden) in some cave on the other side of the world defeating our entire military establishment on U.S. soil is absolutely preposterous.”

Marshall went on to say: “The true reason the attack was successful is because of an inside military stand-down and a coordinated training operation that prepared the hijackers to fly heavy commercial airliners. The veteran pilot confided that he was concerned about his 10-year, independent 9/11 study and most recent book since they pointed to the Saudis and the Bush intelligence community as the executioners of the attack that defeated all U.S. military defenses on Sept. 11, 2001.

Marshall said he knew his book might cause some people to take issue with him.

Liberal America in a State of Pathetic Denial: What if it were Bush’s drone policy?

by David Jackson

obama-bushThe leak of a document on the Obama administration’s drone strike policy has some people in Washington playing the “what if” game.

What if President George W. Bush’s administration had written such a document on the legality of drone attacks, even on U.S. citizens working with suspected terrorists overseas?

Former Bush press secretary Ari Fleischer tweeted: “Good thing (Department of Justice) drone memo didn’t come out in 2008. Candidate Obama would never have put up with stuff like that going on.”

Joe Scarborough, the former Republican congressman who hosts MSNBC’s Morning Joe, said that if this were the Bush administration, there would be “congressional hearings” and “articles of impeachment.”

Candidate Obama and Democrats did indeed criticize Bush-era counterterrorism policies, such as warrantless wiretaps and enhanced interrogation techniques (waterboarding).

Aides to President Obama said he is continuing the war on terrorism, authorized by Congress shortly after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Obama “takes the absolute necessity to conduct our war against al-Qaeda and its affiliates in a way that’s consistent with the Constitution and our laws very seriously,” said White House press secretary Jay Carney.

The spokesman added that “it is a matter of fact that al-Qaeda is in a state of war against us and that senior leaders, operational leaders of al-Qaeda are continually plotting to attack the United States, plotting to kill American citizens as they did most horrifically on Sept. 11, 2001.”

DECLASSIFIED MEMO: Top Military Leaders Wanted 911-Like Event to Shape Public Opinion on Terror-War

by Debbie & William Lewis Take Back Washington It is said that history repeats itself, unless we learn from it. Was the “War on Terrorism” incited by lessons not learned in US History? Some say yes. In March of 1962, the highest-ranking officers of each branch of the military, known more popularly as the Joint Chiefs of Staff, proposed a risky plan that would forever change the landscape of diplomatic international relations and forever cast doubt on a government willing to subvert its laws, and stage-manage its sovereigns. The Northwoods Document, as it is now called, was not executed at the time of its inception. However, it was never forgotten. The document outlines step-by-step plans on how to mislead the American public into a full-scale war on terrorism and decisive invasion of Cuba. Top military leaders proposed all this and more in the name of spreading democracy and restoring free government to the impoverished people of a desolate land. Does any of this sound familiar? Speaking on the Northwoods Document in the documentary “One Nation Under Siege,” Dave vonKleist of The Power Hour radio program uses logic and reasoning to propose some very tough questions about our current federal government and their collectively corrupt state-of-mind. If the Joint Chiefs had a plan on paper 50 years ago to substitute aircraft and shoot one down in order to manipulate public opinion, is it possible that they would do that in today’s world? The plan, as proposed by the Joint Chiefs, suggests that a U.S.A.F. airliner be painted and disguised as a commercial passenger plane and converted to an unmanned remote controlled drone or UAV as they are known in today’s terminology. Mock passengers would board an alternate plane under carefully prepared aliases. The empty copy-cat-commercial plane would eventually be shot down where eyewitnesses would be available to observe, report and perpetuate the official government version of the story. The Northwoods Document is extremely explicit and well thought out. Every detail and possible scenario is anticipated – complete with solutions and cover stories. Other tactics include blowing up U.S. military vessels, potentially near a harbor entrance and conducting mock funerals for the “victims” in order to generate a public outcry against the terrorists. Hijacking and crashing planes, fake terror campaigns, and the use of high explosives on U.S. military installations are but a few of the macabre strategies suggested by the Joint Chiefs to further push the war-buttons of unsuspecting, but very compliant, Americans. Director William Lewis expands on this area of thought by reminding us that on the morning of September 11, 2001 Fox News interviewed one of its own employees who was a witness to the second tower jet strike. Mr. Mark Burnback stated that the alleged commercial airliner “had no windows on the side.” The Fox News anchorperson then suggested that perhaps this was not a commercial aircraft after all. Mr. Lewis goes on to mention there were other witnesses testifying to this fact on other networks, as well. Burnback’s testimony can be heard in director Lewis’ earlier documentary “911 In Plane Site,” the first September 11 expose’ to show collections of news footage from the first few hours of the attack. The official version of September 11 quickly disintegrates under careful scrutiny and the observance of basic logic. As Former Major General Albert Stubblebine put it… “What’s going on?” It is our duty, as Americans, to require accountability for what is happening both here and abroad. With last years passage of the reauthorization of the USA PATRIOT Act, our perpetual “War on Terrorism,” the ever-mounting deaths of our sons and daughters in a war that is clearly not ours, and our escalating loss of liberties, Americans MUST finally realize that our system of government has been permanently contaminated by the lust and greed of men who have way too much power and too little regard for the U.S. Bill of Rights. It is time for Americans to become vigilant in this “War on Terrorism” or they may find that the price for unchecked complacency is merciless slavery. FILM: ‘OFFENSIVE – THE STORY OF TONY FARRELL’

Excellent new film put together by Tony Rooke, featuring Tony Farrell, detailing the clear and obvious false flag attacks of both 911 and 7/7, as well as the cover-ups that have been used over and over in order to conceal the truth from the public. Watch this very informative film and pass it on to your friends, family and colleagues… ….facebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterest
