NATO Re-Releases Propaganda Video Politicising Ukraine’s Eurovision Winner Jamala

21st Century Wire says…

NATO has taken propaganda to a whole new level.

In a shocking move that appears confirm the fears of those who believe there is a political conspiracy surrounding the result of this year’s Eurovision song contest, NATO has re-promoted an official video, originally released last December, which they describe as a ‘profile’ of the Ukrainian winner Jamala.

The video attempts to frame Russia’s annexation of Crimea as illegal, yet fails to mention the fact that it was only done as the result of a popular vote and referendum. It also doesn’t realise the obvious comparison to Britain’s upcoming referendum to leave the EU, which will also facilitate a vast change in governance.

Instead of providing an intense analysis of this piece, we invite you to tell us what you find most disturbing about it. The Eurovision Song Contest is not supposed to be a political, but apparently NATO has no problem using the event for a propaganda stunt.

With NATO re-promoting this video now months after its initial release, is it possible they already knew Ukraine would win the contest?
