Eugenics WMD: Zika Virus Prompts Disturbing New Call For ‘No Child Policy’

J.R. Smith
21st Century Wire

If you have been watching the news this week you will have seen one story which has been gaining traction in western media coverage, that of the mosquito-borne illness known as the Zika Virus, which authorities are saying will cause birth defects for expecting mothers.

While there are certainly many health risks apparent with this particular pathogen, media outlets and government agencies appear to be pushing one incredible talking point now – asking women ‘not to get pregnant until 2018.

1-zika-virus
Latin American officials, led by El Salvador are now urging women not to get pregnant for “up to two years.”

Latin American governments, in conjunction with the UN’s World Health Organization (WHO), are claiming that over the past four months, they have ‘received reports’ of nearly 4,000 cases of microcephaly in newborns – and they are claiming these are all linked to the Zika Virus. This information has served as the chief catalyst for the current wave of fear.

The Washington Post stated this week that:

“The World Health Organization says at least 20 countries or territories in the region, including Barbados and Bolivia, Guadeloupe and Guatemala, Puerto Rico and Panama, have registered transmission of the virus.”

“Although the Zika virus has been documented since the 1940s, it began its assault on Latin America in the past several months. The hardest-hit country has been Brazil, where more than 1 million people have contracted the virus. In the past four months, authorities have received reports of nearly 4,000 cases in which Zika may have caused microcephaly in newborns. The condition results in an abnormally small head and is associated with incomplete brain development. Colombia, which shares an Amazonian border with Brazil, reacted to its own Zika outbreak, numbering more than 13,000 cases, by urging women not to get pregnant in the next several months. Other countries, including Jamaica and Honduras, also have urged women to delay having babies.”

Zika ‘Threat’ Goes Global

If contracted, the Zika Virus is said to have an incubation period of only 5 to 10 days, and authorities are claiming that it’s within this window that mothers are at risk. Some common symptoms include red spots on the skin, intermittent fever, spots on the eyes and later on with persistent pains in muscles, joints and head.

Clearly though, the alarm for a Zika epidemic is already being sounded internationally. This has tremendous potential implications on society.

In the US, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is warning that pregnant women not to travel to 14 countries in Latin America. We were also told that last week, the US recorded the first case of microcephaly “linked to Zika” virus in Hawaii. According to The New York Times, the baby’s mother “might have” been infected when she traveled to Brazil in May last year.

The World Health Organization (WHO) also warned today that the virus will spread to both North America and South America. Based on how easily the US population was whipped into a hysterical haze during the Ebola scare in 2014, it goes without saying that if Zika ‘reproductive’ fears hit the US in a big way it would be a political circus of fear and media manipulation.

It’s not clear exactly how they have come to the conclusion that this apparent epidemic is a result of the Zika Virus, and not through some other combination of factors. Neither journalists nor the world’s scientific community are questioning the current course of public policy on this issue. Why? No one is addressing that it is nearly impossible to make a scientific ruling on these issues in such a short space of time, much less institute government guidelines on reproduction.

Why is Latin America and El Salvador so significant? Social engineers appear to locking horns with the Catholic Church on this issue. The Post adds here:

“Morality says that people shouldn’t have that control” over procreation, Figueroa said. “But the church also isn’t going to say something that runs contrary to life and health.”

This is a first in human history – central government advocating for a universal ban on procreation, and probably the most significant development in social engineering since the outbreak of the AIDs virus in the early 1980’s.

‘No Child Policy’

The public should not underestimate the significance of this latest story. Again, while there are definitely real risks associated with Zika and other related viruses to health and women’s prenatal health, is it premature to call for what amounts to a ‘no child policy’?

It’s only a matter of time before globalists start to link the temperate climate mosquito-based Zika virus with ‘global warming’ aka ‘climate change’ – creating a new multi-faceted international social imperative and empowering the global government narrative necessary in order to “tackle” and “contain” this new multi-faceted threat. Likewise, we can expect the WHO, Bill Gates and the usual suspects to start clamoring for a new vaccine solution to a global Zika crisis.

How this story has escaped critical analysis in the mainstream media and discourse is a testament as to how well the establishment has done in conditioning the public to accept a range of modern eugenics-based ‘population reduction’ policies aimed at population reduction.

  • Lillian Smith

A no-child policy is good. It might improve their standard of living.

    • Meltonmark

Ah yes…just enough of us. Way too many of them. Eugenicists are consistent in their arrogance, if nothing else.

      • Lillian Smith

Birth Control is not eugenics you moron! And as far as nature is concerned, enough is enough of us, no matter where we live.

And to top it off, increasing poverty by creating “Demographic Traps” is so uncool – this is not the Dark Ages – even then humanity improved after the drastic population reduction brought on by the Black Death.

        • obviuoslytheseagulls

No Lillian , you are woefully mis informed , population is fueled by poverty as infant mortality is high in the poverty stricken so the poor have many children to off set the risk and in the hope that one might be a genius and raise the family out its poverty ……Poverty in turn is created by the fiat banking system that creates money as credit out of fresh air and dumps the debt on criminal governments in who in turn dump the debt on their impoverished masses , as the governments are mainly gangsters like the banksters they in turn relinquish their peoples and countries resourses for the credit they dont pay back thus impoverishing the people even more , a viscous sociopathic cycle , remove poverty by removing the banksters and population naturally balances……….As the banksters have an endless supply of money that they create out of fresh air they have the means to pay off anyone and suppress anything that might allow the human race to be the free and creative loving beings we really are , they suppress the free energy that was discovered by Nikola Tesla a 100 years ago and they kill any leader that attempts to show the world that money does not need to be created as credit but can be without interest and backed by the creativity and resourses of its bearer , Lincoln , Kennedy and Gaddafi were doing this……..These banksters know the game is up and are pushing de population and transhumanism as human machines and machines can do the job that human slaves have done up to now…..its worked on the western world and Japan whose populations are already beneath replacement numbers , dangerously so in Japan ,the third world needed its mass of human slaves up to now but technology has made them superfulous so they are now in the cross hairs

          • Lillian Smith

Rather, it is you who is woefully misinformed. The world population has more than doubled in the last 40 years and it is slatted to grow more.

It has been estimated that it would take another 3 earths to keep these people in the standard of the West. Clearly it is impossible.

And these societies who have traditionally had lots of children to offset the high infant mortality rates, are now thanks to such programs as those by the UN and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation are receiving adequate nourishment and vaccines to enable them to survive to adulthood. These foundations however do NOT supply them with birth control and family planning. Clearly the aim is to grow these populations up to a point when they have to set off to seek greener pastures abroad. And this is what is fuelling the mass immigration phenomenon, which in turn is degrading the West itself.

It is a well known fact that when ‘demographic traps’ such as these are created, the outcomes are very predictable – and these are failed states, internecine conflict, famines and mass immigration. None of which are good outcomes. So one may ask why are these agencies going into these places and causing deliberate harm? And the Churches are in on this deal too – insisting on no birth control such as the Catholic Church or like some do, conflate family planning with eugenics and genocide. This is pure evil genius.

          • obviuoslytheseagulls

None of my points raised answered , the fiat banking system fueling poverty , the population decline in the western world ,the free energy suppression, if you watch the youtube link I posted you will learn of the stealth eugenics in vaccines quote “It has been estimated that it would take another 3 earths to keep these people in the standard of the West. Clearly it is impossible.” This is absolute codswallop , the entire human population good squeeze into Texas , again we have the solutions to fix the worlds problems , we have abundent free energy , the sahara could be a massive organic garden ,Gaddafi discovered a massive fresh water resovoir underneath it, this de stress of humanity would lead to natural balance of population , your ignoring of the fact of the population decline in the western world undermines your reasoning and your false statistics , I dont know if you actually believe your malthusian narrative , that you are product of the post graduate hive mind or if you are a paid troll , either way the game is up and humanity is awakening , Bill and Melinda gates , the controllers of the UN will be tried for their crimes against humanity in citizen common law courts in your life time , more information will surface and even you will wake up if indeed you are a human with a real heart , I wish you well , with Love x

          • Nick Smegg

When you ridicule Lillian’s post by stating that the the entire population of the Earth could fit into Texas you are somewhat missing the point. Humans need habitat. They need food to survive. You can’t produce the world’s food supplies in an area the size of Texas. You need the whole world. And besides, humans require more than food, don’t they?. People like you need electricity, building materials, electronic gadets, energy for heating etc.

          • obviuoslytheseagulls

Dear Nick , Im not trying to ridicule or mock anyone , Ive covered the mis understandings in Lillian”s beliefs with my posts , the Texas comment was an attempt to put some perspective on claims for the need for 3 earths , thats why I used “squeezed” and if Lillian is reading this the “petro dollar” does not back the US dollar , it describes the dollar as the currency that the USA forces the world to trade oil in with the threat of military intervention for disobedience , all dollars as well as all currency apart from Syria , Iran and N korea is created by private central banks as credit that must be paid back plus interest hence there is never enough money in the system to pay back with the interest hence the need for more money as credit creation hence the trillions upon trillions owed to the central banks by all of us

          • Lillian Smith

The fact is that the dollar is not Fiat – it is backed by Oil. It is called the “petro-dollar”.

What cripples is debt – created in order to loot countries of their assets and resources. But that is a whole different topic.

People exacerbate their misery by continuing to produce children that they cannot feed. By pressing the capacity of the earth to the limits and are encouraged to do so either by evil intent or by naïve people like you, humanity will be the loser.

All the world will fit in Texas, yeah, right, if we were bacteria. But people need food and water and houses. Malthus’s theory of population is entirely correct, and the Global social engineers are taking a cue from it for nefarious ends.

          • Adrianus van Herp

Lillian, you are a veritable mountain of ignorance.

Or, as we say in the Netherlands: “you have heard the bell but you can’t find the clapper”.

          • Lillian Smith

And you, have neither heard the bell nor will find the clapper.

          • Meltonmark

The dollar is fiat currency. All the currencies of the West are. They have NOTHING with which to back the $$trillions they create via computer programmes. The only reason they can continue doing this is because the vast majority of people are too powerless to stop them. Some say, Kennedy tried and was murdered for doing so.
As for eugenics, I have lived long enough to see the same patterns being repeated over and over. Hence my original comment: Just enough of us. Way too many of you.

          • Lillian Smith

All currency is fiat because even gold had to be agreed to and given a value. The first currencies used sea-shells – but as the understanding was that they represent value – so be it – fiat!

That said, the US Dollar is backed by Oil and it is also the world Reserve Currency, and that is what gives it value.

As to your theory of depopulation, may I draw your attention that the world population has doubled since the last baby-boomer was born – 1965 and at not time on earth was there so many of us. I guess they do not do depopulation very well.

        • ok

Actually birth control is a form of eugenics. Some people have a child take it for a few years then go to have another child and can’t without artificial help because they have completely jacked up the old hormone factory….

          • Lillian Smith

Eugenics is good old animal-husbandry practiced by farmers for centuries – i.e. breeding the best of your stock to improve the product.

Birth control is not eugenics as understood by uneducated people, that is it is not genocide. Birth control simply means keeping the human population to sustainable levels and in harmony with nature to ensure optimum conditions of life for everyone. What is the use of having unchecked number of children to see them wallow in sickness and poverty or have to sell them to some pervert or as child-laboring slaves? Or to so overburden the planet that it puts everyone on it in danger of extinction?

          • ok

Nature is the best birth control…. All of man’s great interventions could never compete with nature should we let it take its course..

          • Lillian Smith

In order to allow for human breeding willy-nilly, you would also have to stop any type of interference and let nature take its course. That would mean no medicine or improvements and allow the weak to die off. In the past, when people all had 13 children or more (even Whites), nature would cull them herself and a couple would have been lucky to have ended up with two surviving children (replacement levels) and that is why the world population was so low then.
Enter the modern age from the Industrial Revolution forward and the population starts to climb up dramatically. Therefore, it is common sense that we cannot allow nature to take its course and continue to breed as if there was no tomorrow. To be sure, most Euro-culture Whites achieve zero-population growth and that was the time when the standards of living improved. But our rulers did not like sharing a bigger piece of the pie so they started to import the over-breeders into our lands – this after cultivating their numbers in the third-world by way of vaccines and food aid. Once they found these resources, they started to reproduce even more, at which point our rulers started to import them into the West with various excuses and schemes, such as the refugee system and legal and illegal immigration programs. And the flood is not stopping anytime soon. When it does, it would be either because the Social Welfare Net would have been depleted as more of the Middle Class ends up with out work (this is the tax base) or nature will stop to it by total environmental collapse. My guess is that it will be a combination of the two.

          • ok

            Agreed…

          • ok

I’m fine with eugenics for the likes of this p.o.s.

          • Lillian Smith

It is perfectly legal to be racist against Whites. Eugenics implies breeding the stock to weed out the bad genes. We should have been doing that all along, in the same way we do with animals and plants.

          • ok

I took notice of that at the age of 12. I’m more of a let nature take its course. It isn’t my job to save Africa especially at the expense of American lives…. If they can’t fend for themselves then they should be left to nature without interventions..

          • Lillian Smith

The problem is that Africa is rich in resources that Western Corporations covet – so definitely they will not be left on their own – in a very bad way, if you know what I mean. But utilizing the surplus humans to undermine wages in the West and cause divisions (divide and conquer) is also another reason to interfere. And by the way, it is not just Africa – China for instance has so many people that it does not know what to do with. So does India. So let us not just blame Africa.

    • http://anngwyn.wisrville.org ANNGWYN St. JUST

birth defects are none the less tragic for all concerned…

    • Adrianus van Herp

      Whose?

      The unborn children?

      White woman have 1.3 children.

When you are out-bred by savages don’t complain.

      Muslims can have 4 wives.

      Hope you get the point.

There will be a civil war in Europe this year between Muslims and Europeans.

The European males have been emasculated by femi-nazis.

      • Lillian Smith

I am addressing the problem to those that are causing it, the over-breeders.

But collectively, the earth still cannot support an infinite amount of people – no matter their religion.

Also kindly not that if White Christian women started to compete with Muslims and also had 8+ children, that only means that we all can get to the bottom faster.

The problem with your sort is that you are not honest enough to say what you really mean. Namely that it is third-world peoples that are the cause of the overpopulation, so therefore you hide it by saying that there is NOT an overpopulation problem (i.e. white overpopulation). It is high time you lot have some guts and speak out against mostly third-world reckless breeding.

        • Meltonmark

LS – your comments are becoming more irrational and emotional with each post. Time to withdraw?

          • Lillian Smith

Maybe irrational for those that lack comprehension.

  • Nick Smegg

This disease is horrific. I can’t belive 21Wire is advocating having children that may end up with a painful and debilitating condition that will mean they won’t ever have the chance of leading normal lives.

I’m shocked too, that governments aren’t even considering travel bans to the Olympic Games. I guess it’s the money.

    • Meltonmark

And I can’t believe people still blindly believe whatever the read in the lame stream media.

      • Nick Smegg

So you are saying that microencephaly is no worse than getting a cold?

  • me

The zika virus has been around for 70 years… It has NEVER done this… I don’t believe any of this crap. There is something else going on here!!!

    • The voice

Brazil mandates new TdaP vaccine to pregnant women before 22 weeks, in
early 2015 – a few months later over 4000 babies born with microcephaly.
Coincidence? Zika virus has been around for over 50 years and never had
this effect. Isn’t it also odd that although Zika virus is in countless
countries, it appears only mothers that are/were in Brazil when
pregnant have borne babies with microcephaly?? You decide. Oh yeah,
and the Zika virus is patented by the Rockefeller Foundation ATCC
      VR-84

      • me

        I believe it!!!

      • phindm

“Rockefeller Foundation ATCC VR-84” all that means is that the virus was isolated by a researcher at Rockefeller and deposited at ATCC, not patented

    • Nick Smegg

That’s what viruses do. They mutate. They have been doing this forever. The Spanish Flu epidemic of 1918-19 is a classic example, or do you think the New World Order was behind that?

      • me

I didn’t say NWO. I just think they gave a bunch of women a vaccine combination that wasn’t tested during pregnancy and had a bad outcome..

        • Nick Smegg

Ok, fair point. My point was that you don’t need human interevntion to cuase mutations. Or at least not intentional human intervention, as exemplified by Spanish Flu. In the case of Zika this was discovered in Brazil in April 2015 and I have been reading a lot about it since, especially in the context of the severe drought in the Sao Paulo region. Lots of interuptions to water supplies has meant that residents have been collecting water in all sorts of receptacles like pans and tins which encourage mosquitoes.

          • me

I agree with you. I just do not believe that a mutation could spread so quickly over such a large landmass.Virtually no small brained babies to over 4000 born in two months.

          • phindm

A new strain of influenza in 2009 spread to every continent in 3 months. So yes a new mutation could spread in one country very quickly.

          • me

That’s a different mode of transmission. Even so 27 women with brain damaged children were tested only 10 positive for zika. It is not the definitive culprit for sure as ALL HAVE SAID.

          • phindm

Influenza is a much harder virus to spread than a mosquito borne virus. A person infected by influenza might infect 3 other people but a mosquito can infect hundreds.

          • me

            Mosquitoes have a short range.

          • phindm

I think that depends on the species of the mosquito. On the other hand people have large range of travel and once they pick up the virus from an infected person an uninfected mosquito can pick up the virus and spread it.

          • me
          • phindm

What part of the article do you think I should think about?

          • me
          • Nick Smegg

Maybe you should focus on the aedel mosquito. Not only has it moved into regions hitherto hostile to supporting it, but in those regions where it already lived the aedel has been active for longer periods and capable of crrying the Zika virus for longer periods.

Anyone investigated recent vaccine programmes in South America? I never trust mystery illnesses that just arise out of nowhere. The rhetoric always sounds the same. Just like it does with the War on Terror, Global Warming, etc. It has all the same ingredients: Arrives out of nowhere, yet is already everywhere. The peasants must sacrifice one or more freedoms, but the ruling elite don’t. The government has to step-in and sort out the problem, but somehow never leave again afterwards. All manner of charts, data, explanations are readily to hand, yet a few days before, no one had ever heard of it. Etc.

If we remember the eugenicist, “Bill-Monsanto-vaccine-Common Core Curriculum-Gates” has been spreading his “philanthropy” by releasing genetically modified mosquitoes into Latin America, and Oxitec Corporation-which receives funds through Gates, is planning on releasing these GM mosquitoes in Florida.
Now whether this “Zika” outbreak is a ruse or not, the fact is that there is an on-going agenda against humanity at large to decrease the population through nefarious methods, both covertly and overtly.
