Did podcast host Joe Rogan really beat down his purported COVID illness with a ‘kitchen sink’ approach to therapeutics that included the drug Ivermectin? Or, should the bigger question be: why this Nobel Prize winning drug has been consistently discredited and politicized over the last year and a half?
In 2015, microbiology and parasitology research doctors Satoshi Ōmura and William C. Campbell received a share of the top prize in medicine for their discovery of Ivermectin, a derivative of a family of drugs known as Avermectin. The team of researchers “developed therapies that have revolutionized the treatment of some of the most devastating parasitic diseases [..] which have radically lowered the incidence of River Blindness and Lymphatic Filariasis, as well as showing efficacy against an expanding number of other parasitic diseases.”
In other words, revolutionary therapies for Humans.
Ivermectin has also been cited as “a multifaceted drug of Nobel prize-honoured distinction with indicated efficacy against a new global scourge, COVID-19” and already has a substantial data set collected in randomized clinical trials that “found notable reductions in COVID-19 fatalities.”
And yet, you have regulatory agencies like the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the same health cabal that just waved through the ‘full approval’ of COVID shots, engaging in sophomoric rhetoric about the drug as seen in this recent social media campaign:

If you followed the COVID-aligned media, which is really all mainstream media at this point, it’s as if only so-called conspiracy theorists or the politically conservative believe in the promise of Ivermectin – everyone else is ‘following the science’ like good proles and therefore any dissenters should just sit down and shut up.
The fact of the matter is that this drug has seen some success, to put it mildly, as far back as April-May 2020, in places like India where one report claims Ivermectin was ‘obliterating’ COVID at the time:
Knowing all of this, wouldn’t public health officials and their media operatives want to at least acknowledge these findings and study Ivermectin’s use as a therapeutic just a little closer before dismissing it out of hand?
Of course not, that would mean cutting into Big Pharma’s sales…
