Most Americans oppose Syria strike, says latest Washington Post-ABC poll

So John Kerry and Barack Obama’s constant blowing of smoke over Syria hasn’t quite done a job on the minds of the average American – who right now are looking a damn sight smarter than the elite used furniture salespersons in Washington DC. It looks like more chemical weapons propaganda is needed from the mainstream media in order over the next 6 to 7 days, so as to get those poll numbers in favor of another valiant ‘humanitarian intervention’ in the Middle East.

These days, governments regularly pass off intelligence as “evidence”. They think we don’t know the difference anymore. Well, when you don’t actually have a credible case, you can always lie…

Americans widely oppose launching missile strikes against the Syrian government for its alleged use of chemical weapons, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll that finds little appetite for military action across the country despite a growing drumbeat in Washington.

Nearly six in 10 oppose missile strikes in light of the U.S. government’s determination that Syria used chemical weapons against its own people. Democrats and Republicans alike oppose strikes by double digit margins, and there is deep opposition among every political and demographic group in the survey. Political independents are among the most clearly opposed, with 66 percent saying they are against military action.
