International Law Under Siege: U.S. and Israel’s Role in Wrecking Legal Frameworks

Francesca Albanese, the special rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Occupied  Palestinian Territory (OPT) examines the initiatives undertaken by Israel and the United States aimed at undermining international law and the institutions designed to support it. She also addresses the complicity and duplicity of their allies, as well as the attempts to suppress her own contributions and those of others advocating for Palestinian human rights.

Bassam is also the Executive Director of the Arab Studies Institute
