21st Century Wire says…
Earlier this week, 21st Century Wire’s Shawn Helton reported on the latest grotesque over reach of law, through the HIV Care Continuum Initiative, another Executive Order quietly signed into law by US President Barack Obama.
It follows the disastrous “Affordable Care Act” (AKA Obama Care), which was pushed through by the executive branch in March of 2010.
Here is an excerpt from the HIV Care Continuum Initiative that directly addresses the HIV testing provision:
“The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force now recommends that clinicians screen all individuals ages 15 to 65 years for HIV.”
How does the Affordable Care Act fit in with this recent HIV testing mandate? According to the HIV Care Continuum Initiative the HIV testing will be free for those in compliance with the (ACA).
