Who can forget the summer of 2020: Covid lockdowns, Donald Trump running for reelection against Joe Biden, and the death of George Floyd, followed by BLM mobs rioting across America. In its immediate aftermath, no one was allowed to question the official narrative about what happened with George Floyd. It’s as if the whole saga took on religious-level symbolism, and was turbo-charged by a radical social justice movement. However, during the trial, Derek Chauvin’s defense attorney, Eric Nelson, argued that Floyd died as a result of a drug overdose and severe preexisting health conditions. It turns out he was right according to the forensic evidence gathered by the defense. Why was much of key evidence blocked from the jury? And that’s only the beginning.
