Dr. Glenn Diesen is a professor at the University of Southeast Norway and an associate editor at the journal, “Russia in Global Affairs”. His research focuses on Russian foreign policy and political economy. He has published 10 books and a multitude of journal articles on international relations – and has a very concerted and considerate take on the current geopolitical upheaval surrounding Europe following the onset of the Ukrainian War.
