Part 2: BEHIND THE LINES – More Photos of ‘DC Federales’ – Preparing to Shoot Americans?

Patrick Henningsen
21st Century Wire

When Clark County Nevada Sheriff Douglas Gillespie left the podium at Saturday morning’s press conference at the Bundy Ranch, he left Cliven Bundy and his supporters believing that federal soldiers working for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) would be ‘standing down’, only that didn’t happen.

Was this is ploy by the BLM – to create a chaotic powder keg situation only hours later?

Why the BLM would withdraw from Gold Butte on the Bundy Ranch, but then secretly plan an huge armed confrontation down the road – against Bundy cowboys and their supporters who were heading over to reclaim the family’s cattle – is astonishing.

Even at the moment of confrontation, the BLM did not appear to actually be fully standing down. What was the BLM expecting? Chief of the BLM issued a statement claiming that the absolute final stand-down order was given in light of ‘safety concerns for the public and agents’.

Reports on the ground that day also confirmed that even more armed Federal reinforcements were on the way, but luckily were caught up in stand-still traffic ten miles out from the scene. What were they planning?

Exclusive photos supplied to 21WIRE by a GMN photographer positioned behind federal lines at the Battle of Bundy Ranch, further reveal the scale and scope of Washington’s military operation on US soil.

Viewers can judge for themselves whether or not the US Federal government was playing a deceptive, deadly game with American lives – on both sides.

Dude, the guy in the patrol car is one of Bundy’s sons. He has on a brown plaid shirt and black cowboy hat……AND A SINGLE ACTION ARMY revolver in a nice drop loop holster!!!

  • Kevin Crowley

Although I have to wonder how Mr. Bundy managed to own SO much land, in the first place…and have to wonder what type(s) of “Farmers/AG grants were, in fact, granted, or bestowed upon him through, say, the FDA or some other “alphabet” government agency; I do have grave, and (I think), righteous, concern, for what’s going down in Nevada. It seems pretty obvious that the Federal Government “punks”, have been getting WAY too cocky, and are in bed with some pretty evil conspirators who have sway in our current “line-up”, of incumbent government, and need to have their butts kicked back to some semblance of parity, courtesy; (to the citizens)…and their employers, who are/is their employer… (although they seem to have forgotten this), and the public in general. These are mere human being’s, who, like Obama and his Evil minions, have overstepped their boundaries, and are running our Great Nation into the ground, with their stupidity, and lack of humility, where greed, profit, and the “cheapening”, of their pandering, thoughtless, money loving, minds, have undermined the will of the people. B.S.!!They need to be thrown out of office, all of them…to a tee!

    • Jim Cornwall

The land has been in his family since 1877

      • Bob

No, the LEASE is in his family since around then.

        • Jim Cornwall

No, the LAND, there was no BLM in the 1870’s Bundy’s family were mormons who settled the area and the land that is their ranch has been in the family from that time forward.

    • Joel Stoner

His grandfather bought the grazing rights to the land in 1877, then passed it to his son, who then passed it to his son, Cliven Bundy. So legally Cliven Bundy has every legal right to use that land, since laws can not be retroactive.

      • JF Elfin

I have found that in this black-and-white world, most people cannot seem to “grasp” the difference between “owning” the land and legally possessing grazing and water rights.

I go on so many threads which say, “Well, does he own the land or not?” You simply cannot get through to these blockheads what that means.

The result of our slave-training, public-school, indoctrination centers. They have done a terrific job in training any kind of analytical or critical-thinking skills out of the children coming out of those places.

What is even sadder is to see these ding dongs, who have grown up with the advantages and freedoms people before them fought for, criticize this brave man and call him a criminal and a thief. These little thugs make me sick to my stomach.

Farmers and ranchers used to be the most respected citizens in this country and to see someone like this brave man, whom we should be lauding a hero, called names and his reputation ground into the dirt is beyond sickening. It is diabolical and evil, as if these people were following the orders of Satan himself.

        Ooops! They probably are.

        • T.j. Thomas

“You simply cannot get through to these blockheads what that means.” Part of the problem here is that Bundy himself claimed to own the land. Not had the right to use, but saying that the 158,000 acres were his own property. Even this pro-Bundy article from 2012 reports the 150,000 acres as Bundy’s ranch: http://www.zreportage.com/zReportage.html?num=zrep427

          • Houston Retrievers

Bundy is not real good with words. Hes a rancher, not a lawyer trained in legalize.

      • survivalmom

Don’t forget to add the fact that the BLM did not come into existence until 1946, almost 70 years later. Today’s BLM nothing like their beginning role, which was to provide assistance to ranchers. I give credit here to a gal in Mesquite, NV for doing a great job in explaining the evolution of the blm in a nutshell. Please read and pass this along:

Apr12 at 9:52am near Mesquite, NV There have been a
lot of people criticizing Clive Bundy because he did not pay his grazing fees for 20 years. The public is also probably wondering why so many other cowboys are supporting Mr. Bundy even though they paid their fees and Clive did not. What you people probably do not realize is that on every rancher’s grazing permit it says the following: “You are authorized to make grazing use of the lands, under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management and covered by this grazing permit, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this grazing permit and payment of grazing fees when due.” The “mandatory” terms and conditions
go on to list the allotment, the number and kind of livestock to be
grazed, when the permit begins and ends, the number of active or
suspended AUMs (animal units per month), etc. The terms and conditions also list specific requirements such aswhere
salt or mineral supplements can be located, maximum allowable use of forage levels (40% of annual growth), etc., and include a lot more stringent policies that must be adhered to. Every rancher must sign this”contract” agreeing to abide by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before he or she can make payment. In the early 90s, the BLM went on a frenzy and drastically cut almost every rancher’s permit because of this desert tortoise issue, even though all of us ranchers knew that cow and desert tortoise had co-existed for a hundred+ years. As an example, a family friend had his permit cut by 90%. For those of you who are non ranchers, that would be equated to getting your paycheck cut 90%. In 1976 there were approximately 52 ranching permits in this area of Nevada.
Presently, there are 3. Most of these people lost their livelihoods
because of the actions of the BLM. Clive Bundy was one of these people who received extremely unfair and unreasonable TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Keep in mind that Mr. Bundy was required to sign this contract before he was allowed to pay. Had Clive signed on the dotted line, he would have, in essence, signed his very livelihood away. And so Mr. Bundy tooka stand, not only for himself, but for all of us. He refused to be destroyed by a tyrannical federal entity and to have his American liberties and freedoms taken away. Also keep in mind that all ranchers financially paid dearly for the forage rights those permits allow – – not rights to the land, but rights to use the forage that grows on that
land. Many of these AUMS are water based, meaning that the rancher also has a vested right (state owned, not federal) to the waters that adjoin the lands and allow the livestock to drink. These water rights were also purchased at a great price. If a rancher cannot show beneficial use of the water (he must have the appropriate number of livestock that drinks and uses that water), then he loses that water right. Usually water rights and forage rights go hand in hand.
Contrary to what the BLM is telling you, they NEVER compensate a rancher for the AUMs they take away. Most times, they tell ranchers that their AUMS are “suspended,” but not removed. Unfortunately, my family has thousands of “suspended” AUMs that will probably never be returned. And so, even though these ranchers throughout the course of a hundred years
invested thousands (and perhaps millions) of dollars and sacrificed along the way to obtain these rights through purchase from others, at a whim the government can take everything away with the stroke of a pen.

This is the very thing that Clive Bundy singlehandedly took a stand against. Thank you, Clive, from a rancher who considers you a hero.

        • Houston Retrievers

That is too much inconvenient truth, much like the federal judge that ruled the BLM was engaged in a criminal conspiracy against ranchers.

    • George_Costanza

Nobody owns land, because land isn’t property. Land wasn’t made by man.
What you do own, is land rights.
He had surface rights to forage/graze, and to provide water for the livestock.

      • Houston Retrievers

What I own is what I claim that can be controlled and protected by me. No man is above another.

    • Predrag J. Maranovic

You idiot. He doesn’t “own” all that land, he owns his ranch and the cows graze on the public land – since 1870.

Liberals always frame their arguments with lies first. Kevin, are you that stupid?

      • Houston Retrievers

You are the liberal wolves in sheep clothing. You are the liars and soothsayers, you are the cowards who are attempting to facilitate the theft of someone elses property.

Their was a claim early on from a reporter up there that says he went to talk to the police command and he said they looked Middle Eastern. I dont know, wasnt there, but bottom line this is a land grab.

At the end of the day the story goes like this. Cliven Bundy, whether he
likes them or not, stopped paying the mandatory fines and taxes since
1993. Reports show that Bundy did pay those fines when they became law
in 1986 when Republican Ronald Reagan issued it via an executive order.
Bundy also didn’t seem to mind paying them through the George H.W
Bush’s time in office, but suddenly stopped when Democrat Bill Clinton
    took office.

    • JF Elfin

Why don’t you ask yourself why he did that?

Get some more information before you come on here “hinting” at something.

FACTS, FACTS! Not innuendo and wild speculation.

There is a reason. Look for it!

      • Lee

Wasn’t an innuendo, he paid the Fee with no issue, up until a democrat got elected, what’s the innuendo? it’s what he did.

      • Bob

He thinks the President is the problem, when it’s actually the Government. Whichever Pres. is in, these guys are the same.

    • freewheelinfranklin543

      Just a gov troll!

      • Lee

        A government troll?

    • stopthesocialism

So the Feds spend $960,000 to collect on $1 million in fees? And you really think it’s about the money?

      • Lee

I simply don’t understand why he no problem paying the grazing fees from ’86 when Reagan started them, to ’92 when Clinton took office? that’s all. he wasn’t worried about being entitled for 6 years.

    • RiseToProsperity
      • Lee

The grazing fees were instated in 1986, he stopped paying in 1992

        • RiseToProsperity

          By SHIREE BUNDY COX:

I have had people ask me to explain my dad’s stance on this BLM fight. Here it is in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it s in a
nut shell. My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them over
to my dad in 1972. These men bought and paid for their rights to the range and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the survival of their cattle, all
with their own money, not with tax dollars. These rights to the land use is called preemptive rights.

Somewhere down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the bureau of land management. They were supposed to assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a yearly allotment which was to be used to pay the BLM wages and to help with repairs and improvements of the ranches. My dad did pay his grazing fees for years to the BLM until they were no longer using his fees to help him and to improve.

Instead they began using these money’s against the ranchers. They bought all the rest of the ranchers in the area out with their own grazing fees. When they offered to buy my dad out for a penance he said no thanks and then fired them because they weren’t doing their job. He quit paying the BLM but, tried giving his grazing fees to the county, which they turned down.

So my dad just went on running his ranch and making his own improvements with his own equipment and his own money, not taxes. In essence the BLM was managing my dad out of business. Well when buying him out didn’t work, they used the endangered species card. You’ve already heard about the desert tortise. Well that didn’t work either, so then began the threats and the court orders, which my dad has proven to be unlawful for all these years. Now they’re desperate. It’s come down to buying the brand inspector off and threatening the County Sheriff.

Everything their doing at this point is illegal and totally against the constitution of the United States of America. Now you may be saying,” how sad, but what does this have to do with me?” Well, I’ll tell you. They will get rid of Cliven Bundy, the last man standing on the Bunkerville allotment and then they will close all the roads so no one can ever go on it again. Next, it’s Utah’s turn. Mark my words, Utah is next.

Then there’s the issue of the cattle that are at this moment being stolen. See even if dad hasn’t paid them, those cattle do belong to him. Regardless where they are they are my fathers property. His herd has been part of that range for over a hundred years, long before the BLM even exsisted. Now the Feds think they can just come in and remove them and sell them without a legal brand inspection or without my dad’s signature on it. They think they can take them over two
boarders, which is illegal, ask any trucker. Then they plan to take them to the Richfeild Aucion and sell them. All with our tax money. They have paid off the contract cowboys and the auction owner as well as the Nevada brand inspector with our tax dollars. See how slick they are?

Well, this is it in a nut shell. Thanks.

    • Houston Retrievers

That is way simplified. Im sorry if the facts hurt but nonetheless, Bundy is not in the wrong and you know it, unless you have a bias position in favor of oppression for profit.

      • Lee

It was a simple question, that’s all, now, I go by what I read, because that’s all I have to go by, same as the rest of you, Ms. cox was kind enough to explain the situation, as I’m sure only someone from the man’s family could, and I appreciate that, and I also appreciate the fact that she didn’t resort to threats and name calling like so many have, I’m moving on and hopefully everyone else will too.

  • Spychiatrist

Look at all those steroid injected jack-booted thugs wearing badges.

Take a good look Amerikans…those hoodlums are your future oppressors. They’ll just say to you as they haul you off to some internment center, “Hey! We’re just doing our jobs!”

Where have we heard that before?

The original Oxford English Dictionary definition of “Terrorism” is “Government by Intimidation”. Sure, Obama will be gone in a little less than three years, but these Para-Militaries won’t. He’s not REALLY the problem, they – the Feds – are.

  • teseeker

“But does he own the land?”, some ask. The state owns the land, not the Feds. You don’t own the land under your house, just permission to live there. Don’t pay your county taxes and your permission will be denied. You don’t own your car, your state owns it and title it to you. Don’t put a plate on it and you’ll see who owns it. It can be bought though with silver coin. You’ll get the Manufacture’s Statment of Origin, then you don’t have to plate it! Else, the dealer sends that to the state who allows you to register or title, plate, and pay fees. A big taxing scheme that needs overhauling!

So what site, who, is hosting the command & control website (and mirrored servers) to coordinate malitia activities? In this specific example, how to get the word out, where to show up, when, what to bring, what the situation is, who we’re up against, what strategic and tactical objectives are important to the overall situation, etc. What hotels in the area offer a govt. discount? These people think it ends at the end of a day of hard shooting and go back to the hotel for some rest and sit by the pool. It’s OK to publish an open agenda – show them everything, let them run scenareo after scenareo against it if they want. Let’s get more specific: let’s say the posted plan is something like: we need 6 assets controlling the east and six controlling the west interstate; we need assets to address the local airport and all of those eyes in the sky; we need govt. communications monitored and forwarded; we need comm. channels; we need strategic firing positions, target prioritization, an attack plan, a retreat plan, etc., etc. A bunch of unorganized gun-range hobbiests who will run at the first shots are not an intimidating factor; an organized plan that highlights known volnerabilities like a wide open staging area with only a few vehicles for cover – now that’s something that has to be thought about when they start arriving with their feathers all puffed up. Lastly, a database of names, home addresses, photos, of every decision-maker in the tree. Really, if every decision-maker in the Waco massacer knew their sumer home address was posted for the world to see, that they would participate in an outright slaughter and still feel untouchable? Accountability folks. Open accountability. I’m not proposing violence here, I’m just saying show up with some idea of what you’re going to do next – other then scrunch your head into your shoulders.

On picture nine, there is a gentlemen ( term I use very loosely)…to the far right, what exactly is that patch on his arm, it has three column, but the rest I just cant seem to make out. And I was wondering, did anyone else wonder why their equipment ( helmets) seem brand spanking new?

  • Luckystars2000

Bundy owns 2 parcel’s which are 80 acres each. 160 acres was the homestead max back when he ancestors claimed the land. Most land around him is USA owned, some is private. One 100 acre parcel was purchased for 3.2 million in 2005 then in 2013 the LLC that owns it went bankrupt.
