Most European languages can be traced back to a language that was developed in India specifically to be used by the scientists and priests there thousands of years ago.
There are many words in Sanskrit that describe states of consciousness, or ‘mentation’ (the process of thinking) and cosmology.
Sanskrit was first re-introduced back to the West just 150 years ago.
