These are the latest chilling images of the LS3 Alpha Dog, the four-legged robot that DARPA, the U.S. defense agency responsible for the development of new technologies for use by the military, is developing.
“Previous reports described it as a US help human solders in combat, but this latest footage reveals that it has developed a scary new skill.”
21WIRE explains, “This new family of robots being BETA tested are based on the Wild Cat, a four-legged robot being developed to run fast on all surfaces as well as stairs, and even pick it self up after it falls. The Wild Cat is being developed by defense contractor Boston Dynamics.”
