NYPD cop beats rape charges with legal loophole

In New York, rape victim Lydia Cuomo has come forward in an attempt to change the legal verbiage that defines rape in her state. Last year, Cuomo was allegedly sexually violated by Michael Pena, a drunken off-duty officer who held her at gun point and repeatedly orally and anally raped her.
