In Libya, at least 11 people have been killed and scores wounded after militia linked to the defence ministry shelled Bani Walid – a former stronghold of late Colonel Gaddafi.
The country remains close to chaos following the Western-backed armed rebellion last year that toppled the nation’s long-time dictator.
