Independent journalist and 21st Century Wire special contributor, Vanessa Beeley has just returned from three days spent in Aleppo. She has visited a number of the districts of East Aleppo recently liberated by the Syrian Arab Army and their allies, Russia, Hezbollah & Iran. These areas had been under a four year occupation by NATO and Gulf state-funded and armed militant and terrorist factions, led by Nusra Front in most areas and by ISIS in the more northerly sectors.
