Voter ID law halted in Pennsylvania

A judge has blocked the US state of Pennsylvania from requiring voters to show photo identification in next month’s elections. It’s a setback for Republican state officials who had championed the proposal in the politically divided state. Al Jazeera’s Cath Turner reports from Philadelphia.
