IT’S ALREADY THERE AND IN PLACE FOR 150 YEARS.
ANY AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS A CHARADE.

THE FACTS FOLLOW:
U$A: Est. 1776, Re-est. 1787, Re-Aligned 1815, Fractured 1861and “IN ADMINISTRATION”.

1776: U$A unilaterally Declared Independence and War on Great Britain (NOTE: The UK did not Declare War on the U$A’s “belligerents” because Declarations of War recognize sovereignty.).

1783: UK recognized U$ independence via Treaty contract (requiring two previously agreed treaties in 1782 to establish recognition of Free State Status) and the U$A agreed to repay 18 million French livres in war loans made by France to the U$A – to be paid back to the UK [I.E. War Reparations] to attend the final “Definitive Treaty of Peace” of 1783 GRANTING of ‘independence’ – SUBJECT TO TREATY CONTRACT.

1787: The U$A, unable to repay the war/reparation funds, in financial desperation, re-structured and established a ‘new’ constitutional republic (conveniently forgetting the previous U$ presidents of the Continental Congress under the U$ Articles of Confederation).

1815: UK invaded, occupied and sacked, ”impregnable” Washington DC – then agreeed to a Status Quo Anti-Bellum Convention treaty in 1815 establishing the border between the U$A and the UK’s colony of Canada plus creatied the “Special UK/U$ Relationship” with massive British investments in the U$A for the “Industrial Revolution” since then.

Notwithstanding:
* The unconstitutional, colonialist and treasonable, “annexation” of the, sovereign, Treaty Recognised, soil of the Republic of Texas in 1845, it is worth noting that:
* None of the Treaty Recognised, occupied, U$ native ‘indian’ nations ever became U$ STATES and
* The Sovereign Treaty Recognised Kingdom of Hawai’i, invaded by the U$A in the 1890s and held as a captive colony since then, was not allowed a vote to become a Kingdom again but was granted a vote on becoming an unconstitutional ‘state” (to devolve from illegal Military Occupation – who wouldn’t under duress?).
Thus – according to the U$ constitution Obama is not a ‘natural born American’:
1. If he was, in fact, born in Hawai’i and
2. As his father was definitely NOT a U$ citizen – Obama is a dual national.
But – as there is no law in existence that states THE ADMINISTRATOR of a failed state or company must be a natural born citizen of anywhere, America (inc.?) has been co-opted, subverted using the universal Laws/Rules of Commerce

‘Failed state’ IN ADMINISTRATION? WHAT? Read on …
1861: The U$A constitutional republic fractured when CONgre$$ failed to convene thus the 2nd republic (of 1787) became a failed state in 1861 due to the demise of said Congre$$. Hence – the U$’ republics and constitutions (of 1776 then 1787) are dead letters ever since.

The elected president, Lincoln who started issuing unconstitutional Executive Orders, took full control of the U$A placed it in administration and imposed ‘democracy ‘(“… is essential to socialism” –Marx, Engles, and V.I. Lenin).

Executive Order number 00001 took full control of the U$ finances IN ADMINISTRATION and established the ‘Executive’ as THE Administrator of the U$A – now known as “The Administration” ever since. General Orders 100 (AKA the Lieber Code) established permanent Martial Law as of 24 April 1883 ( http://avalon.law.yale.edu/19th_century/lieber.asp ) that has not been rescinded.
It is interesting to note that the ‘revolutionary’ USSR model, circa 1917 to 1990, lasted for only 73 years.
The U$ ‘revolutionary’ model from 1787 to 1861 lasted for 74 years, and from inception 1776 to 1861 lasted only 84 years.

If you do not believe it is a military/political dictatorship, then kindly explain why the federal agents who machine-gunned, gassed and roasted the children at WACO were given medals instead of getting the firing squad or jailtime?

Oh. We see. They were “protecting the children from alleged paedophiles” (and not unlike carpet bombing Vietnam “to save them from Communism” THAT FAILED, then carpet bombing Iraq to perserve the price of oil and carpet bombing Afghanistan to save the smack, now the U$A is carpet bombing Libya to “save their civilains” from their own government)?
